Daniel Bock - "Wahid"

Inspired by a bike trip through Morocco “Wahid” by the Berlin based artist Daniel Bock is full of patient guitar lines, heavily processed horns, reverb and delay heavy percussion. Reminding me a bit of Joseph Shabahson’s latest work on Western Vinyl, “Wahid” eventually breaks wide open being led by a deeply submerged house beat that carries the entire composition along - like a fully packed bike on an open road.
