Ariel Kalma x Embassy of Sound - "Gong Sax"

On his latest album Gongeridoo, the legendary French sound artist and world sound archivist Ariel Kalma teams up with a host of collabortors. On “Gong Sax” Kalma is met by Embassy of Sound - which is the “concept of Daman Hoffman, a sound therapist based in Little Rock, Arkansas. He uses singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments to facilitate healing, relax the body, entrain the brain, and uplift the spirit. His mission is to be an ambassador for the transformative power of sound, and to channel those vibrations for the highest good of all who need them.” The track itself is a lovely back-and-forth between the two finding highly resonant vibrations between the two - deeply felt drones, melodic lines, reverent vibes. Lovely stuff.
