What started as an error or glitch in creating a score for a film, on Tucker Winstanley  turned into a beautiful and lovingly crafted composition that turns and repeats on a woozy, hiccuping internal rhythm on “Midding”. A vocal phrase snatched out of time and processed into existence with a shuffling 909 percussive pattern and ambient tones that haunt the periphery, “Midding” is an unfolding and deeply felt tracks that create auditory worlds that do not exist anywhere else. I suppose there is some lesson to be learned here. Turning our so called “mistakes” into new opportunities for discovery and growth.
