“Slow”, true to it’s namesake, sounds like Steely Dan fed through a codeine drip. Lighting up every pleasure center of the brain when that keyboard rips through the track right before the bridge, “Slow” is a gorgeous build up that draws equally from crooning soul as much as jazzy post-rock a la Tortoise and Gastr del Sol. This song has been on repeat since I’ve heard it.
