Greg Dallas x Jan Esbra - "May Rain"

In this collaborative piece by Greg Dallas and Jan Esbra, the two explore shared sonic space with an ear towards Alice Coletrane / Laaraji cosmic ambient and improvised music. “May Rain” lands much like the title suggests, a setting of sunny drawn out drones and ambient pads accompanied by scattered showers of piano and guitars weaving throughout. Created using synths, two guitars and an old piano the two sat down for an intense collaborative session that created the Confluence album out on the UK based Slow Music Movement. Lovely work.
